Frequently Asked Questions and Answers about Virtual VBS

Q- Does my child have to attend Parkview United Methodist Church to attend VBS?

A- All children are welcome to participate in our VBS program. Families do not have to be a member of Parkview UMC or of any church to attend VBS.


Q-What ages does my child have to be to attend the VBS?

A- Our program geared toward children who are entering preschool up to 5th grade this coming fall. 


Q-How much does this cost for my child?

A- All VBS programs are free through the generosity of the members of Parkview UMC.


Q- How do I register my child/children?

A- Click on the following registration link. The form has spaces for up to 3 children. If you are registering more than 3 children fill out a second form.

Q- How do I get my materials for my camper?

A- Some materials are common household items, and others will be available in a kit the week before VBS. Each parent will pick up their kit on one of the days listed and the times. There will be a table by the front doors with staff willing to assist you.

July 24th 2020   Friday 9:00-11:00 am

July 24th 2020  Friday 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

July 26th 2020   Sunday 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm,


Q- How will I get to see the program for VBS?

A- Families will be sent a YouTube link for each of the 4 sessions. Our program will also be posted on our Facebook page, and on our website for you to access. 


Q - What if my family misses a day of camp? 

A - Not a problem! The link will be open and you can complete that day of camp at any time. Links will remain active after VBS week. This also means you can pause and come back to videos if your child needs a break.
